I was an employee from December 1995 to October 2007 in a pharmaceuticals house(from MR to Zonal Manager). In the year
2006, suddenly one idea comes in my mind and wondering strongly, that --- “Now I am working for a Pharmaceuticals
house for last 12 years; if I start the same work for ourselves, then what will happen ??? After few months of thought,
my conscience said," Yes I can, and then we (Myself and my friend Dr H Kabir, he also thought to open a pharm company)
decided and started our Journey in the name of Kloster Pharmaceutials. After that immediately we contact with Knox Life
Sciences of Chandigarh physically and then starts our official processing from November 2007 and then finalize with them
with the main terms and conditions:- “we will never compromise with quality and we will use the No. 1 quality of raw
material available in India. And also packing material quality will be the best india.
We have set our corporate office in Kolkata as we as Depot. From 4th February 2008 we have started our first business
invoice to West Bengal. In the financial year 2008-9 we have crossed the business of 1.2 Cr. with the team of 8
professionals only in West Bengal. After that continuously increases our employee every year as well as business.
Presently we are marketing in 8 states in India.
We have crossed 12 years of journey and now about 70 employees working with us. We have our own registered Brands,
about 42 brands in the market with the unique products range, which covers almost all the practicing doctors. Our
product promotion and marketing is 100% ethical, and our total business demands depends on the basis of Doctors
prescriptions only.
We are providing the best homely atmosphere inside the house, which anybody may dream off. Employer & employee
relation is 100% professional. There is no personal interaction between the employees.
